By using Waitched, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication method. You may not use another person's account without permission. You must be at least 13 years of age to use Waitched.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service — for example, by attempting to scrape data, interfere with servers, or upload malicious content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Intellectual Property
Waitched and its original content (excluding TMDB metadata) are owned by Waitched. Movie and TV metadata is provided by TMDB and subject to their terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI recommendations are for entertainment purposes only.
6. Limitation of Liability
Waitched shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Preferences → Account & data. The deletion is permanent, immediate, and cannot be undone. If you are unable to sign in, you may also submit your request by contacting [email protected].
8. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
